He provided clear and sensible solutions without engaging any high pressure sales tactics, giving me time to consider my options. Once the two separate but related jobs were estimated, scheduling and co-ordinating them through Dana was surprisingly quick and effortless. Dana was always helpful and upbeat when I called and it never felt like she was too busy to address my questions or concerns.

Steve and Sam arrived to create a sump pit and install the new pump and battery backup system. Again, there were discussions about the purpose and placement of the new equipment, both of them listening to make sure the optimal solution would be rendered. On the second day once the job was complete, Sam was gracious and patient enough to sit with me and answer a few basic operational and maintenance questions.

Mike and Evan showed up three days later to clean out, prep, and line the old sanitary piping in my basement. I try not to be a nosy customer and let those working on my house go about their business, but I found the technology for this process innovative and fascinating. Both Mike and Evan were happy to explain and demonstrate exactly what they were doing. Personable and easy-going, they are both clearly an asset to your company.
